Inglenook Farm is home to a small, family-run lavender field set in the beautiful countryside of Rainford.
Our lavender field is a peaceful little spot to enjoy as part of your visit to the farm. We have around 20 rows of lavender, so please note this is a small, cosy and intimate setting rather than a large commercial lavender field.
While it may be small, it is a lovely place for a gentle wander, to enjoy the colour and scent of the lavender, and to take a few personal photos while it is in bloom.
Our lavender field is now open for visitors to wander around and enjoy.
Visiting the lavender field is free of charge — you can simply turn up and enjoy the farm between
9.30am until 4pm.
THE FARM IS CLOSED ON MONDAYS throughout the year, so please bear this is mind when organising your visit.
Public visitors are welcome to take photos for personal use using camera phones and basic handheld cameras. However, any professional photography intended for resale, promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes must be booked in advance, and the fee must be paid. Please see below Professional Photography shoots.
We reserve the right to assess whether your shoot is professional. If it is determined to be commercial and you have not yet paid the photography fee, you will be required to do so.
We welcome professional photographers and publications looking to utilise our stunning location for photography and filming sessions. To ensure a smooth experience, all bookings must be made and paid for in advance. Our lavender field is filled with hundreds of lavender plants, making it the perfect backdrop for your photoshoot. We can also offer the use of our whole farm, with its large indoor barn space, grass field, and courtyard.

Please be aware that photography sessions occur during our regular operating hours, and exclusive access to the lavender field is not included. We limit bookings to no more than one professional photographer per session to maintain a pleasant environment.
Our dedicated team will be busy with important tasks throughout the field, such as mowing between the rows of lavender, and weeding. Safety and enjoyment of all our visitors is our utmost priority during operating hours. Therefore, we kindly ask you to be ready to navigate around our staff and other guests as needed.
